James DaSilva is a jazz artist, session guitarist, composer, arranger, and educator living in Nashville, TN.  He has performed live and in the studio with such artists as the Annie Moses Band, David Liebman, Mike Farris and the Roseland Rhythm Revue, Cyrus Chestnut, Dr. Lonnie Smith, John Ellis, Rodney Whitaker, Bob Franceschini, Victor Wooten, Wycliffe Gordon and many others.

Since 2013, James has served as a music instructor at the Conservatory of Annie Moses and the Fine Arts Summer Academy (F.A.S.A.). He maintains an active schedule as an arranger, orchestrator, and composer in Nashville and beyond. James is also a music transcriber and engraver with Living Stone Music Co and Hal Leonard. He lives in Nashville, TN with his wife Camille and son Gabriel.
